Cemetery of Valencia I

The General Cemetery of Valencia was inaugurated in June 1807. At the beginning only there were niches, but years later succesive enlargements happened and many rich pantheons were built.

A rose — **Monument to victims of cholera** (built above a mass grave). In 1885, more than 5000 persons died in Valencia due an epidemic.

Impresionantes. El detalle de la flor en color está muy acertado, lleva la foto a otro nivel.
